Monday matchup pick area

Post by GuardianAngel1911 on Sat May 19, 2012 11:13 pm

I'll admit the one I added is probably a pure stomp, but I'm tired and my mind is telling me to vent agression via images of movie Ironman easily blowing up things with more durability than movie Batman. Don't like the concept you don't have to vote for it, Just an off the top of my head thing.

@Admiral

Methinks Cappin Phresh may be of help in here with regards to setting up this week's polls, if it helps.

@Cappin

What say you?

I voted bats and iron man since Iron Man is cooler than Hawke, Thor or Vergil.

Well, maybe about even with Vergil.

Is Batman vs Ironman intentional Spite or does someone actually think bats could punch through armor that laughs off tank rounds.

Which Link, i think WW/PH would be the best for the kameo fight.

BaleBats should be killed for his voice anyway. Not that the movies aren't great though.

Eh, the movies are great, thats why its not spite, I wanted to spite I'd say vs Batman and Robin movie Batman, the one with nipples in the suit and Arnold Schwarzenegger as Mr. Freeze for some ungodly reason. No I'd send whole movie avengers after that movie universe.

@Admiral

Even so, Spite matches in general are less horrid than Grief Matches, I'm telling you those matches are worse because at least one of the suggestors for them would be deep in the inner $hitstorms of guilt and self-blame if they're suggesting the match and would require help to get a grip ASAP!
It scared me with how I almost wound up unleashing one at least once, it still scares me to this day. pale

Don't feel bad as long as you learned from it.
Plus its just matches that are horrid and non entertaining stomps that I don't like, a good entertaining one where the other guy can squirm and struggle a little but is irredeemably screwed is fun to watch.

What's the difference between a spite match and a grief match? Wouldn't you be trying to spite someone if you were grieving?

And why would you be internet-grieving to begin with lol

So anyone want to give preemptive guess as to how long MKVII armor Tony takes to turn Bats into a hole in the ground?

Pretty quick, that one laser show he did in Iron Man 2, where he leveled all those robots and the tree area -- Bats can't dodge or block it I don't believe. He'd just be a pile of nicely-sliced chunks.

I thought it was attempting to give movie ironman a trifecta of stomps, my apologies, doesn't change the fact that it won't be entertaining unless we debate which Films are better

How could you hate this greatness?

You realize that movie quite literally murdered the superhero film genre till the first X-men movie came out.

and this is the movie that did it, people blame Schumacher especially because of the nipples on all the suits but batgirls, true Alfred her uncle designed it but....then why the hell did he put those on the guys suits? Either way there's no good reason for that.
